Full day hire is available on weekends and allows use of the studio for up to 8 hours. This option is designed for workshops, day retreats and longer group sessions. Includes: Use of the studio space Basic props if needed Access to tea area and bathroom Use of garden space Therapy room use by arrangement Suitable for: Workshops Group sessions Day events Visiting teachers
Cancellation Policy
RESOURCE RENTAL POLICY This policy applies to all studio, therapy room and full venue hire at The Zen Collective at Life’s Secret Garden. Our space is designed to be calm, respectful and supportive. All practitioners and facilitators are asked to honour this environment when using the space. Use of Space The space may only be used for the purpose agreed at the time of booking. Activities must align with a wellness, movement or therapeutic setting. The studio, therapy room and surrounding areas must be treated with care at all times. Setup and Pack Down Time booked includes setup and pack down. The space must be left clean, tidy and in the same condition it was found. All props and equipment must be returned to their original place after use. Cleaning Basic tidying is expected after each session, including: Wiping surfaces if needed Stacking props neatly Removing personal items Any damage or excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee. Shared Spaces Bathroom, tea area and garden spaces are shared and must be used respectfully. Please ensure clients are aware of shared access and maintain a quiet, calm environment. Noise and Environment The space is intended to remain peaceful and quiet. Loud music, disruptive behaviour or activities that disturb other sessions are not permitted. Parking Parking is limited. Please ensure clients are informed not to park on the grass and to use designated areas. Liability Practitioners are responsible for their own clients and activities during their booking. The Zen Collective is not liable for any injury, loss or damage resulting from sessions conducted in the space. Insurance Practitioners are encouraged to hold appropriate professional liability insurance. Respect for the Space This is a shared wellness environment. We ask that all who use the space do so with respect, care and consideration for others.
