1. Nature of Agreement

This agreement confirms that the Practitioner is operating as an independent service provider and is renting space within The Zen Collective.

The Practitioner is not an employee, partner, or representative of The Zen Collective.

2. Independent Responsibility

The Practitioner agrees that:

• They operate fully under their own business and professional responsibility

• They are solely responsible for all services provided to their clients

• They manage their own bookings, payments, and client relationships (unless otherwise agreed)

• They are responsible for ensuring their services are safe, appropriate, and within their scope of practice

3. Insurance Requirement

The Practitioner must:

• Hold valid professional indemnity and public liability insurance

• Provide proof of insurance before using the space

• Maintain this insurance for the duration of their use of the premises

The Zen Collective accepts no liability for any claims arising from the Practitioner’s services.

4. Scope of Practice

The Practitioner agrees to:

• Only provide services for which they are qualified and certified

• Operate within ethical and professional guidelines

• Clearly communicate to clients that they are operating independently from The Zen Collective

5. Use of Space

The Practitioner agrees to:

• Treat the space with care and respect

• Leave the space clean and tidy after each session

• Use equipment responsibly

• Ensure a calm, safe, and respectful environment for all clients

6. Client Responsibility

The Practitioner is responsible for:

• Obtaining client consent forms and health screening information

• Managing any client complaints or concerns

• Maintaining appropriate client records where required

7. Liability

The Practitioner agrees that:

• The Zen Collective and Abigail de Beer are not responsible for any injury, loss, or claim arising from the Practitioner’s services

• The Practitioner indemnifies The Zen Collective against any claims resulting from their work

8. Payment & Booking (if applicable)

9. Termination

This agreement may be terminated at any time by either party with reasonable notice.

The Zen Collective reserves the right to terminate this agreement if the Practitioner fails to comply with the terms outlined above.

10. Agreement

By signing below, both parties confirm that they understand and agree to the terms of this agreement.
