Cancellation Policy
PRIVATE SESSION POLICY Private sessions are offered on a one-to-one basis in a calm, professional setting. Time is reserved specifically for you, and your practitioner may prepare in advance for your appointment. Bookings All sessions must be booked in advance through the booking system. Cancellations A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or missed appointments may result in the full session fee being charged or deducted from a package. Late Arrival If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next booking. The full session fee will still apply. Packages Packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the person who purchased them. Non-Refundable Sessions and packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. Health and Wellbeing Private sessions are intended to support wellbeing, movement, relaxation, personal development, or therapeutic goals depending on the service booked. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are encouraged to inform their practitioner of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to their session.
