Extended Nia Dance Workshop
The focus of this workshop will be on the hips and base of our body (our stability). Floorplay, meditation and breathing, wrapping up the morning with a cozy tea time where we can chat about our experiences and insights from the workshop. It’s a great chance to connect with others and reflect on your journey.
