Sound Sanctuary with Hermien Grobler

Sound Sanctuary is a deeply restorative evening designed to help you slow down, reconnect and experience profound relaxation.

Guided by Hermien Grobler, founder of PSS (Psyche Sound Smell), this gentle two-hour experience combines conscious connected breathwork, immersive Nepalese singing bowls and time for quiet integration to calm the nervous system and restore a sense of balance.

You are invited to begin the evening with an optional ceremonial cacao, creating space to arrive fully and set a personal intention. From there, you'll be gently guided through breathwork before settling into a deeply relaxing sound journey where the rich vibrations of the singing bowls encourage the body and mind to soften.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, mentally busy or simply longing for a moment to pause, Sound Sanctuary offers a safe and welcoming space to rest, receive and reconnect with yourself.
